I booked the wrong arrival date and contacted both Booking and the host minutes after making the reservation asking to change my reservations to arriving one day later. The host answered my email and agreed to change the arrival date but they did not refund or credit me for the one less day nor would they allows me to change the date I was leaving. I got screwed for one day that I did not stay there regardless they agreed to make the change to the arrival date. Booking was also no help saying that it was not their problem.

“Superb location”

The best

The location is perfect, very central and minutes away from everything. You can't find a better situated spot to rest while you visit the city. It takes about 45mins to/from the airport by Metro. The bed is super comfy and I really liked the spacious shower. The apartment is located at the third floor of a very quiet building but with an elevator (be aware that not all buildings in Madrid have one). Kitchen essentials, toiletries, plenty of towels and extra pillows are there, and there's a smart tv that you can use to watch streaming apps (with your own account). Aircon is present with 2 units, but there's also a tony balcony you can use to chill a bit. There were just a couple of very little maintenance issues but they didn't prevent me and my family from enjoying our stay.

“We had a good stay!!”

The best

Overall we had a pretty good stay. The location is unbeatable and the appartement itself is above average. We appreciate that they provided us with a regular coffee maker after we had asked for one (they only had the one that uses capsules).

To be improved

The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable and we wish they had provided more than the small hotel soap bar and bigger shower gel. Otherwise, it was all good. I recommend it.
