Modern,cozy and centric apartment next to beach

The location of the apartment is fantastic. Everything is in walking distance: sightseeing spots, shops, bars and restaurants. In the apartment is everything you need. That the kitchen isn't made for cooking big meals you can already guess from the pictures, but there is no need for it with all the choice to eat something nearby. It was very clean, bed is comfy and the sheets and towels are spotless and of good quality. Would go there any time again.

It was absolutely fabulous, easy to find, good instructions for entering the building and key safe. The location was spot on and perfect. Everything walking distance, we will definitely be coming back for sure.

I had a fantastic stay here! The host was incredibly friendly, always ready to help and quick to respond via WhatsApp. David provided plenty of great recommendations that made my trip even better. The location is perfect—right next to the beach and very close to the bus station (to airport, city and much further) making it super convenient. There's also a store just a minute away, which was really handy. The room itself was clean and well-equipped with all the utilities I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a great experience, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alicante!
