“The location is very good. A couple of steps to theaters, museums, metro, and restaurants. Stuff on the reception and breakfast area was very friendly. Very quiet at night. · Cons: The bed is very comfy , but pillows no. The cleaning lady forgot to give us enough towels several times , and I asked about that on the reception. Last time, she gave us bath towels with holes.”

Room was very small but had everything needed and the air conditioning was very good. For the price I would have expected something a bit more high class and comfortable, but relative to most hotels in the area it's about as cheap as it's gonna get for a single room with good air conditioning and your own private bathroom.”

Well located, right next to the Rambla and gothic district, easy to access the metro and within max. 45 min. walk from many notable places in the city. Room was very small but had everything needed and the air conditioning was very good. For the price I would have expected something a bit more high class and comfortable, but relative to most hotels in the area it's about as cheap as it's gonna get for a single room with good air conditioning and your own private bathroom.

“Great hotel for a short stay”
The best

Great location, 3 minutes to metro station and 7 minutes to airport bus station. The most popular touristic sites can be reached on foot in 30 - 45 minutes. Although the hotel is next to La Rambla and vibrant Gothic quarter, it is quiet for good night sleep. Good breakfast is available at the hotel restaurant.

To be improved

The room is great, but the window is facing a wall with pipes.

During i was assisted by two receptionists and during my check out I met a girl receptionist!! All of them were very kind and helpful!! Great job!!

To be improved

The cleaner(man)should be more attentive while cleaning the rooms! I requested to clean the room, by putting the card at the door! I left the hotel at 8 o’clock, when I came back it was almost 14 05, my room was not clean yet! I wait for almost 30 minutes when I entered the room, there was still some trash I left on the floor and table day before 😡!!! My television didn’t worked for 2 days, one of the receptionists came to adjust minutes after I advised him! But nothing!

good location, right next to the metro station, friendly staff in the breakfast area

To be improved

The fridge doesn't work in the middle of the season (July), the toilet is very ugly, there is no air circulation, bathtub it is broken, and there is a hole in the closet where you can see bricks (bare wall), a lot of dust and cobwebs. The air conditioning doesn't work well. Out of 8 sockets in the room, a total of 3 work. there are no cameras on the floors, the elevator is slow and stuffy. you don't have a place to hang your laundry to dry (and you're coming from the beach and you need at least clothes and towels to dry).
