The walls and the floor are concrete.  It was quite cold.  Of the heating equipment (3 radiators, 1 air conditioner), only 2 radiators worked.  In the summer, it's certainly good if it's warmer outside than inside, but it's not the case in spring. The TV didn't work; when I reported it, nothing happened beyond acknowledgment. I directly asked if bed linen and towels were available, but unfortunately we received 4 towels (+ one hand towel) for 5 people.  You also had to be creative with the bedding, because the dimensions of the sofa and the sheets did not match. For young people coming to the city to party, this is an excellent place. However, for families with children, it might not be the best choice.

It was kind of small for a family of 5, the front door is right off the street so it’s a tad noisy when people walk by. A tad far from the city center.
