No soap in the shower and shower made all the floor wet. The bathroom smelled like cigarettes if the door was closed. I didn't cook but the fridge and glasses etc. looked a bit dirty.

Upon arrival, the check-in process was confusing due to unclear instructions, making it difficult for us to get settled. While the apartment featured a coffee machine, there were no capsules provided, which was disappointing. Additionally, the entire floor was tiled, and there were no slippers available, leaving our tired feet uncomfortable after a long day of sightseeing. On our departure, we faced another challenge. We were unsure where to return the key and ended up leaving it inside the apartment. We requested to keep our bags until 3 PM, as our flight was later that day, but we were told it wasn’t possible due to new guests arriving. At 2:45 PM, I received a call asking about the key, which suggested that nobody had entered the apartment prior to our departure time. It seemed more about their unwillingness to accommodate us than the logistics. Overall, while the apartment itself was lovely, the issues we encountered with the service significantly impacted our stay. I hope they address these concerns for future guests.

I arrived at 6:00 pm. I followed the instructions to open the lock box. THERE WAS NO KEY. I called the office and they didn't believe me. After a 30 minute call in the blazing heat, they said someone was coming within 20 minutes. An hour and a half later someone showed up with the WRONG KEY. The office was contacted and someone was coming with the correct key. The correct key didn't arrive until 9:00 pm. Later that evening, when I went to take a shower the whole apartment FLOODED and I had to use my towel to clean it up. The next morning I immediately called the office to for an explanation and more towels (and toilet paper because there was none). They said that the main office would follow up with a compensation but no one ever called. I have now called a total of 30 times and have given up on things being made right. My advice: don't waste your money.
