“Clean apartment with good facilities within easy reach of centre.”
The best

25 mins walk from centre though tram and bus only 10min walk if you prefer. Supermarket and restaurants around the corner.

To be improved

Smell from drains in central open area of apartment block but this was only noticeable in the bathroom.

The best

Flat was exactly as pictured, kitchen was well-equipped and bathroom was lovely. Nice apartment for someone alone or couple, for a family of four may be slightly on smaller side. There was a lovely gift left in the fridge which was a nice touch. 20 minute walk from Parque de Maria Luisa which is nice to explore.

To be improved

Location wise was ideal for where I needed, however if using this flat to explore the centre of Seville be aware it is a decent walk (45 mins) or a bus (35 mins) away from attractions like las setas. Maybe a wee bit pricey for the location and time of year too.

“Nice overall stay, walking distance to Seville FC ground.”
The best

location was nice, could walk to a lot of sites. there was a tramway nearby but had road works. The shower was nice and big, the kitchen had most of the amenities required. Most importantly the aircon was very good, we needed it in the 35 degrees plus weather.

To be improved

One of the beds felt a bit hard, could feel the metal on the back but there was a sofa bed spare. check in was at 3:00 but the cleaner was late and we had to wait until 4:30 before we could enter.

A shop in front open 24hr. TV in All room.

To be improved

It was noisy at night, because of neighbours. there was no kettle. The electric stove was locked, we had to watch videos to unlock. We did not know we had to pay 20 euros because we arrived after 22:00 even when we added our arrival time with plenty of time when we booked the apartment
