“Perfect Stay in Vitoria”

The best

The apartment is beautiful, clean and in a very good location in Vitoria. It is very spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped! Ibai the host was super friendly and even reserverd a free parking spot for us the day of our arrival! The beds were comfortable and we had a good sleep!

The best

The host was very welcoming, and went out of his way to make us feel at home in the new city. He provided excellent advice on local amenities, shops, restaurants and parking. He was very flexible with meeting us for the key handover when our flight was delayed and we experienced other travel delays. For the purpose of my trip, I wanted complete control over my food consumption. So, having a fully appointed kitchen was perfect, and with local supermarkets just over the road we were able to prepare our meals exactly how and when we wanted.

To be improved

This is a personal preference, but I prefer smaller individual pillows rather than the long double pillows that are often found in Spain. The pillows provided were of good quality -- this is simply a question of familiarity. For someone used to the long double-pillow they would have been perfectly happy.
