Well-liked location in central Marbella.
Some staff were polite but unhelpful regarding blanket requests and check-in times.
No specific comments about food or beverages.
Basic facilities available, but lacking in sufficient kitchen supplies.
Mixed experience with notable room for improvement.
Room itself was okay but could use improvements and soundproofing.
“Location is in the heart of central Marbella · Cons: Check-in was only allowed at 4pm, we were refused an early check in even though they ask the visitor to leave at 11 am, when we arrived at 4:20 pm the cleaners have just started cleaning the property we had to wait outside. Also, staff was very useless as we asked for a blanket or duvet (early June nights were chilli) they said that it was too hot to ask for blankets and won’t provide any.”

Great location Unfortunately, my holiday experience was very disappointing. The apartment is located in an old building where every noise from the neighbors and the street can be clearly heard. There was loud shouting from neighbors as early as 5 a.m., which created a very stressful environment.Because of all the constant noise, my small dog became very frightened and barked a bit during the evening (mostly between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.). She never barks at night or when left alone. One of the neighbors — from apartment 110 — reacted very aggressively. Around 10 p.m., he started shouting, banging on the walls, rang the doorbell to my apartment, and even hit the door several times. I was alone with my dog and already in my pijamas, so I did not feel safe opening the door. I was deeply scared, and my dog was even more distressed. I felt threatened and unsafe, and the next day I was too afraid to even leave the apartment. Unfortunately, the same situation happened again. The louder the man shouts and hits the walls, the more my dog barks in fear. I even considered calling the police because of how panicked I felt. It’s a shame, because the apartment itself is good — but I no longer feel safe here and just want to leave as soon as possible. Your response to a serious and inappropriate situation that caused immense stress to me and my little dog is unacceptable. At no point did I criticize the apartment — in fact, I mentioned that the location was great and that it was a shame about what happened, because the apartment itself was actually good! What you stated is not true, and it is regrettable that you are trying to cover up a situation of aggression and inappropriate behavior from the neighbor. What you should have done was find a way to come to an understanding with the man, instead of discrediting a guest. That is simply terrible! Or else, stop misleading people by saying the place is pet friendly! Even if my dog had been barking all day — which, by the way, she wasn’t
- it’s important to remember that she’s a dog (and dogs bark), just as people talk and shout. Still, nothing would justify the neighbor’s behavior: banging on the door, constant yelling, threats… I really should have called the police, given how threatening the situation was.If he had wanted to warn me about something, he had plenty of chances to do so during the day — his door was often open, and as you know, to access the apartment, one must walk pass his door. It’s quite curious that he only chose late hours to “warn” me, even though I was always in the apartment from 8 or 9 p.m towards. Interestingly, the neighbor is supposedly so civilized and concerned about peace and well-being that, whenever there was noise on the street (which is common due to the apartment’s central location), he would start yelling and shouting insults out the window at 3 a.m., disturbing everyone’s rest as well... and so on...Finally, I must express my surprise at your offensive and dishonest attitude. First of all, my dog was not left alone all day, and most importantly, she does not bark when she’s alone, so your response and justification are just ridiculous and untrue. My dog is well treated than many people, just you to know! We are talking about a dog of 3 kg!!! Perhaps it would have been more honest to acknowledge that something serious occurred, instead of trying to discredit a guest who fulfilled all their responsibilities and who was intimidated inside your premises, apparently with your complicity, based on your response. Believe me, I will never return — and neither will anyone I know — because I value safety, honesty, and civility, none of which I found with Costa Golf Rentals! I feel deeply wronged and offended by the false statements made. Not only did the situation ruin my vacation and seriously affect my well-being and health, due to the fear and insecurity I experienced, but I was also shocked by the unprofessional response to my feedback.
