“Lovely apartment in a great location.”

Location was fantastic, easy access to the rest of Barcelona. The host (Alex) was lovely. WiFi was brilliant. The apartment was well equipped if you wanted to cook for yourself. AC worked fantastically as well.

To be improved

It could’ve done with a couple of extra pillows but I know that’s personal choice. It was a bit noisy due to it being located next to a restaurant and on the ground floor but that can’t be helped!!

“Give it a try if you feel like experimenting living in a small space”

Owners did everything to this place that was possible to be done for one to live there comfortably. Its is still a very small space. Smart TV is a blessing. Very easy to use. Furniture is new and clean Locati6is great. Sant Pau is beautiful at day and they have a light show at night. As i said, everything done to make this place as good as it can be.

To be improved

As it was previously non-residential premises that was remade into an apartment. So the window take you to the tiny space in between other buildings that is used by chinese restaurant as a place to store drinks, talk over the phone or even smoke (only happened once). So you would likely use AC that opening a window. Very loud neighbors. These things that the owner has no power over.

“Superb”

The best

It’s a really lovely place, that looks even better than in the photos! It has everything, from coffee maker, to hairdryer and iron. The location is fantastic, right across St Pau hospital, a 5 minutes walk to a metro station, and 10 minutes walk to Sagrada Familia and lots of food, coffee and stores options. Check in and check out procedures are easy and effortless. Really a beautiful, clean, little cozy apartment.
