Moderno piso de 3 habitaciones cerca de Triana

we were given 1 toilet roll and when we asked more, we were told that they don't provide hotel services. idem for napkins or detergent to hand wash dishes. the apartment was great, but not soundproof at all.

We found the remote check in process tedious and difficult. It was opposite a bar that was noisy till late. There were no fire safety instructions.

*Complicated check-in online and 150 euro deposit (that I got back) *Customer service - even after booking the place there was NO telephone number that worked, all communication happend via email which took them time to respond, of course. So I spent a lot of time texting instead of calling straightaway and save my time...Which I DIDN'T LIKE at all, that they didn't contact me as I accidently left my second cellphone at the place on the day of leaving and didn't notice it for the next few days, when I texted them they confirmed the loss they found and returned it to my friend in the end. But in this case I should have been contacted IMMEDIATELY, as I was not sure where I lost it and was searching everywhere for it and calling other places!!! In this case the accomodation should contact the guests when they find such items as a smartphone! *There is no door number on the of the apartment and they only tell you the floor number without any further instructions... So I ended up sticking my key into the wrong door, where other people live, which was very unpleasant (the one will be on your left after getting out of the elevator, NOT the one next to it!) *the floor was obviously not cleaned and there were stains on the bathroom floor *absolutely no complements, like tea, coffee or a bottle of water, the place looked unwelcoming.... *spooky loud noices from the window (wind?) in the living room, especially in the evening I travel really a lot and I can say that I wouldn't choose this place for my next stay.
