“Nice appartement but no balcony”

The appartment itself was very nice. Spacious and has everything you need. The host was also very friendly, he let us check in early and check out late without extra cost.

To be improved

1 big negative point is that there is no balcony! Even though the description said there is. There is no outside space and the foils on the window make it look a little dark intside. The location is not very nice eather, make sure you have a car! (There is plenty of parking space)

We stayed at Silver House Lanzarote and we highly recommend it! The apartment is clean, spacious, comfortable, and always cool—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the island. It comes with all essential amenities, including an iron, hairdryer, washing machine with a quick cycle, and a drying rack—everything you need for a practical and enjoyable stay. It’s located in the Argana Alta area, well connected by car or by bus number 3, which goes directly to the city centre and the beach. The hosts are extremely kind and welcoming, always available and attentive to every need.
