The communication with the manager was good in advance and when we had some questions, for example when the power went out, the response was quick.

To be improved

We wondered how on earth this place has such a high rating. It's probably based on the low price and the balcony with a sea view (traffic passing too). Truth be told, it's all quite run down. The sofas are very stained, so they were covered with rugs. it feels like it's been put together over the years with odds and ends of furniture, some scratched and worn. It wasn't for us.

Close to supermarket. Lovely sunrise from patio.

Area and buildings surrounding apartment were poor. Noise from next apartments and buildings below and the road in front of the apartment is very busy. Television had three remote controls and none worked so we couldn't get the television on. Furniture worn and covered. Oven kept tripping the electricity out.

It’s in the back of the lot and you have to walk up unlighted stairs in order to get there. For a family on a summer budget trip to the beach it would be OK.
