“Perfect stay”
The best

Amazing stay. Exceptionally clean. Had everything we needed. Really comfy bed. Great air con and great shower. Owner/manager was really helpful and friendly and the cleaner was so lovely. Really loved having the pool. The location is perfect, bus stop and supermarket at the end of the road. Would stay again and again.

The accommodation was perfect in every way. Love relaxing on the patio terrace looking at the sea and beautiful surroundings.

There were restaurants near, but we found we had to walk around 12-15 minutes for the restaurants we liked. There was also a few upmarket beach restaurants if you wanted really fine dining.

“An excellent new build in a great location, a good quality and value for money option.”
The best

Code for entrance gate provided then keys in a lock box meant that we had very easy access even though we arrived late at night. Excellent quiet location a few steps to the beach. This property was in 2 mins walking distance of our favourite 'up market' bars Playa Juana and Kontiki, and the best supermarket in the area , Dia, for fresh bread and croissants each morning and EVERYTHING you need for self catering. Plenty of room in the apartment with seating outside too. Lovely little pool with sun loungers and plenty of available street parking. Excellent value for money, probably one of the best places for the price in Mojacar.... we know, we have been visiting family there twice a year for over 30 years so have stayed in many many places! A small new road being built at the back of the property will soon give excellent access to Mojacar Pueblo though it only takes 10minutes to get there now!. Book this place if available, you wont be disappointed for the price.

Not next to the best part of the beach for sunbathing and swimming, a bit rocky and gritty sand, and not next to the lovely promenade part of Mojacar, but this didn't bother us as we knew exactly what and where we were booking and you can walk or drive 5 minutes towards Cantal area for that.

Clean and new property. Well designed. Nice decor. Enough privacy. Convenience of supermarket down the road. Easy parking. Secure property. Absolutely lovely host/cleaner who made us feel very welcome.

Possibly more thought put into practical plates, dishes, bowls, etc.
