“Handy for bus station”

Good location beside the bus station.

Expensive for a room in a hostal. No towels provided for the double room. They also charge 3 euros to leave bag. Staff didn't mention that there was a large supermarket a few doors down. Teenagers running around & shouting until 3am. Impossible to sleep. Poor breakfast provided. Just sliced bread, margarine ,,jam & sweet cakes.

“The location is very central, right next door to the bus station, the market and 3 supermarkets. Most points of interest in Burgos are within walking distance. Nevertheless it's quiet at night. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to Daniela who helped me get reasonable prices during the Sampedros. <3 The room has a window and a fan which make the heat more bearable. There are big lockers in the room which was big enough for my big backpack. The included breakfast is good and has some non-dairy and some gluten-free options too. The kitchen is reasonably equipped, with many utensils, just there's no stove so you can't really cook. There's a big dining room in which I could also work on the computer as it has many electric sockets. The Wi-Fi is good. The hostel is clean. · Cons: I had to leave :( Someone stole some of my food during the Sampedros when most shops were closed. 🤬 The light above the showers doesn't work.”

“Staying was good but the arrangement was not good.”

The location was near bus station.

No answer for my request in my reservation. A local man staying in the hostel disturbed me. No light at the upper bed. If a lower bed was reserved, the hostel might refuse the present guest extension. The hostel should request the present guest to make a new reservation. The hostel could not arrange a lower bed for me. The hostel told me to pay 5 euro for changing a lower bed in the second day. It was not my fault and it was the hostel's poor arrangement.
