Beautiful location but a fair diversion from the motorway for a one night stay passing through. Lovely buildings but we didn’t get to see the interior of the main house as we stayed in a garden room. Very comfortable and nicely appointed.
The approach along a 700m track from the road which was very dusty and rough in places.

“A wonderful, relaxed stay in a rustic, beautiful place.”
A wonderful peaceful place in the countryside, with a lovely garden, trees and stream bordering the grounds. Surrounded by mountains, great for walks. An historical, 300 yr old building, wooden staircase, comfortable furnishings. A beautiful room with exposed beams, very comfortable beds and a lovely view through the the (shuttered) windows. with Excellent, tasty food ( breakfast and dinner) and very friendly staff. Alajendro was a perfect host, and even relocated us the first night when the threat of a nearby fire closed the hotel and we had arrived super late. It is out of the way, 800m down an unmade road but well worth the extra effort to get there. Highly recommended.
