“Excellent location and good modern apartment”
The best

Excellent location, lots of restaurants and cafe nearby and not very noisy. Apartment was modern and a good size, very well appointed and clean. Balcony overlooking the harbour is a good feature.

To be improved

Sink in en-suite had a crack and there were a number of insects (very small cockroaches?) in the en-suite every day. Pest repellents were plugged in in the bedrooms but there may be more of a problem which needs to be dealt with. There is no air conditioning although the fans supplied were adequate for the temperature at the time we visited. Would be useful if the property management company had a mobile phone number or WhatsApp account for easy contact.

“Superb”
The best

Nice apartment with the wiew from the balcony to Cala Bona Port. Many facilities in the kitchen( enough dishes and cutlery, toaster, a big fridge with refrigerator and a dishwasher). Towels were enough for the bathroom and for the beach. The washing machine was a great help. Contactless check it and out very easy.

To be improved

Unfortunately, there is no air condition. There are fans, but it doesn't help much as it can get very hot. We could not sleep well because of the heat inside and also it can be noisy from outside as we had to keep the windows open for the night
