“Prime location for those looking for a “bike in bike out” vacation or just laid back luxury.”
The best

Highlight was location and staff! We came for a biking trip and were recommended to stay at Port de Pollenca. After seeing both towns, we were so happy to be in Pollenca Proper. Evening walks were so enjoyable and the hotel was a prime location not only for dining out each evening and walking around, but also for biking in and out through the island. The staff was great and treated us to cava upon our first evening, and daily breakfast was fresh with many options; perfect for our bike rides!

To be improved

Not much to say about dislikes here. If anything, the pillows were narrow and long, very different from any American-style pillow. And our first day, we didn’t understand why our thermostat turned off. We soon realized we left a window open. Otherwise, extremely comfortable and lovely stay! We are already talking about a possible return!

The best

Fabulous hotel, beautifully decorated and smelt divine! Our room had a balcony over looking the square which was great. The pool and outside space was perfect, as the weather was hot so nice to cool off there.

The best

Location was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and freshly cooked to order. Particularly liked the availability of a kettle at breakfast to make hot drinks.
