“Everything was as expected and the apartment was perfect for a short stay in Madrid.”

Great location in Madrid, very near Calle Princesa, cafes, shops and metro. Also a beautiful park. Communication with host was good and directions to the apartment were very clear.

To be improved

It is located down in a very large courtyard rather than on a street but it is priced more affordably for that.

The apartment position is pretty central and close to different metro stations. Overall the level of cleanliness of the apartment was pretty clean and all the furnitures and stuff provided would satisfy any kind of necessity

To be improved

The owner has been prompted twice to receive clear rules for checking in, and only in Spanish language. I would suggest an English version for check in instructions and more support via WhatsApp by the host. Local pubs nearby could generate some noise during the night , but as far as I’m concerned everything was overall acceptable.
