Found a hair on one of the beds, fungus on a frame in the shower and in both showers, dust on the floor, cushions from window chairs dirty. You feel the metal of the bed through the mattress, cushions rock hard, WiFi didn’t work the first day. Chairs in living room dirty. You hear the neighbours come home every time even at 4am. When they close the door, the wall moves. You book with breakfast and they cancel 2 days before arriving the breakfast. No time to look for other accommodation.

Beautiful comfortable apartment , well communicated with Madrit, close to the shops and underground. I .can reccomend it for sure.

If the owner would get along with us and compensate for these huge inconveniences and the stay would be cheaper, then for these inconveniences I could rate it a 5. But at this price, such crap is overkill. We tried to get along for a few weeks. We have tried in person and with the help of bookingcom For plus: Large spacious apartment. Close to the metro station. Contactless check-in at any time.

DIRTY DIRTY and DIRTY The dirt in this apartment was overwhelming. The wardrobe contained tiles, paints, and other garbage. This is a wardrobe, not a storage room. Dirty duvets, instead of bedding, some covers. The walls are dirty, the couch in the living room is stained, the poufs in the living room are dirty. Dust everywhere and one of us has allergies so she was sick. There's a hole in the wall where you don't know what's there. Crumbling furniture and kitchen plinth it was broken, so you could see what kind of crap it was. Our cat went inside and came out all dirty. The shower doesn't close and water is flowing everywhere. After two people bathing, the water is cold. The apartment is said to be for 6 people. There were 4 of us. You pay a lot of money, extra for pets and you get crap and DIRTY apartament and 1 dishwasher tablet for 5 days of stay. It's good that we ate out.
