“Very good”
The best

The apartment is very well located and provides a beautiful sea view. The public beach is right in the immediate vicinity, just across a small road. The beach is nice and clean. There are both shops and restaurants within walking distance, as well as the old town centre. Shaded parking in the yard.

To be improved

Some of the equipment was already in a bit worse condition. Both bedrooms have windows facing the skylight, so it is more difficult to have fresh air in them due to the lack of air conditioning.
