“Very handy for the boat yard”
The best

Great air conditioning! We are working on our boat in the boat yard and this is the perfect studio to recharge your batteries at the end of a hot day. There is Netflix and Amazon Prime and you can select English to watch movies and series. The kitchen is very good.

To be improved

It would be nice to have more shelves. No wardrobe or storage space.

I would have rated the property 9 out of 10 considering the comfort, location and value for money. But I had to discount this heavily due to the strange customer relations. First I found it odd to have to prepay an additional 5 euros to leave my bags a couple of hours prior to the 3PM check in time. Second, because I needed something from my bags 1/2 hr before the check in time, I was asked to pay an additional 5 Euros to get access to my bags. And strange message warnings that the Neighbours would call the police if I left my bags outside the apartment .... But after checking in at 3PM all was normal. So maybe the message is: Don't even think about coming before check in time
