The check-in process was an absolute disaster. The written instructions from the property owner were completely contradictory. They pointed us to one door number, while the attached photo showed a different one. On top of that, the instructions were outdated and useless. They told us to "slide the bar and listen for a sound in the metal cylinder" before turning the knob. None of which worked because the actual entry required a door code that was never provided. Despite notifying the owner twice of our arrival time in the 24 hours before check-in, we arrived to find ourselves locked out late at night with a dog, unable to get in. We tried to contact the owner via WhatsApp and Booking.com and received no response. Only after Booking.com intervened did we finally get the code and enter the apartment after arriving 90 minutes prior to gaining the code. Completely unacceptable. Parking was another fiasco. I tried multiple times, starting four months in advance, to reserve the advertised “parking upon request.” It wasn’t until the day of travel that I was told there was no parking available. This forced us to delay check-in even further and scramble to find alternative parking at extra cost the next day. Something that could have been easily avoided with basic communication. This was, without question, the worst check-in and communication experience I’ve ever had with any accommodation. The disorganisation, lack of response, and misleading information were appalling. I strongly advise future guests to be prepared for potential issues unless significant improvements are made.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the location was in a very busy nightlife area so it was a little loud at night time.
