To be improved

The host wouldn’t answer the calls, texts to me or to booking.com stuff, at check in. Had to wait couple hours in front of the bldg till I got a response from 16:00 to 18:00. That after they canceled my booking few days after the confirmation, then reinstating and when I got to check in no answer with the check in codes for 2 hours. Also in the master bedroom they have 2 twin beds put close together which is very uncomfortable

The best

As a family of 3 the apartment was very suitable for us. Sufficient (real) closets, which are hard to come by in most hotels. the apartment was fully equipped, didn't an appliance that i couldn't find. No noises. Very nice building. The neighborhood is posh, safe, loaded with restaurants, coffee shops, many bakeries near by, supermarkets and even a real big market nearby. Upon check in, Eduardo was super nice and helpful, handing the keys and giving lot of good advices about the apartment and Madrid in general. Needed help from Gloria the manager once and got it.
