Monte Carmelo

Monte Carmelo is located in the beautiful Triana district just a few hundred yards from the bridges over to the old town. The hotel itself is amazing, the spacious bedrooms, the ample bathrooms the gigantic comfortable beds but most of all the staff make this hotel special. Furthermore the breakfast is all you could ask for and more, but there is no restaurant onsite for evening meal. This is not a problem as there are many restaurants close by including the sublime tapas restaurant Bar de Maceto which was our favourite! It was quiet at night but oh so comfortable. Shops abound in Triana and the river and its restaurants are close by. The receptionists were very helpful in suggesting tours and giving directions. All in all a 5 star holiday!!

A very well run hotel, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent and a great variety of food and drinks. We felt the hotel was very well situated and the reception staff gave us a map and pointed out all the best places to see and showed us on the map where to go. They also recommended which Flamenco to go and see, also some amazing restaurants when we asked them for advice. We can highly recommend this hotel, we had amazing stay. Thank you again to all the hotel staff.

We stayed four nights in this well appointed, clean and well situated hotel. If you’re mobile you can walk a lot of the city from here. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The area it’s situated in is full of little boutiques and is characterful.

We recently spent 2 nights at Hotel Carmelo in Seville and found it to be an excellent choice for us. The room was pleasant, very clean, extra large since we had a triple, and very well priced. It was well located in a very safe, walkable neighborhood conveniently located to restaurants and shops as well as being 15 minutes walk from the Historic Center. The front desk staff was very helpful with suggestions and directions as well making excellent recommendations for nearby tapas bars and restaurants. We especially want to thank Alvaro for his above and beyond help when our train reservations were unexpectedly cancelled. He called RENFE on our behalf and was able to navigate the system and get us rebooked on a different train the next day. Would we recommend the Monte Carmelo? Absolutely!! And we will book there again when we return next year.

Great location. Walking distance to every attraction in Seville. The hotel offers parking on site, but you won't need a car to get around. Meters from the hotel there is lovely pedestrian street with shops and cafes. Close to trendy and vibrant Triana district and the river. We ordered junior suit. that was located on the 4th floor, super spacious and clean, equiped with everithing you need: coffe machine, TVs, little fridge, total black curtains and nice balcony. The bathroom was pretty big as well, robes and slipers included. We had breakfast in the hotel cafeteria, was great and tasty. The staff is super nice and helpful. Great vibes and modern decor. We were delited about out stay and definetly will be back. Enjoy!
