Big apartment with a lot of outdoor space. Complex was very quiet. Easy walk into the village. The owners were very accommodating and easy to contact.

To be improved

The outdoor furniture was not as pictured and not as comfortable or large. Would be difficult to sit 6 guests on sofa area. Kitchen items could do with replacing, eg cups glasses and plates etc. One of the complex staff was really rude to us and could have spoilt our stay. We have stayed in another apartment on the complex last year and no trouble. We felt like we were being targeted for being English but I don’t know if she was the same with other guests. This is not the owner, they were great and sorted the issue for us.

“Wonderful spacious apartment with great outside space.”

Little Mermaid is a fantastic apartment set in the lovely Monte Carerra development just a short walk uphill from the main town of Arguineguin. The apartment is spacious and well laid out both inside and out. We stayed in February and the terrace has sun all day which we particularly loved. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking with a hob, oven and dishwasher. There are table and chairs inside and out for dining. The owners are very friendly and helpful. There is a shared pool area with sun-loungers. We would love to return to this apartment next Winter. Highly recommend!

The best

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is excellent with lots of utensils, the complex is quiet and well maintained, I would highly recommend Monte Carrera.

To be improved

The Complex is quite a long walk up a steep hill with lots of steps, approximately 2 kilometers to the nearest supermarket.

“Great sleep,complex was amazing, we will be booking again”

The appartment was great and close to the town centre.. the out door seating are is the best we have ever stayed.. juan who met us was so helpful. We were worried about getting in as we know it is a gated complex however we made a call to the number on the booking reference and juan came and got us straight away so no need to worry. All though the complex is huge there is only one main big entrance with large gates which made meeting us easy.. the pool was amazing and offer quiet we didn’t struggle to get a sun bed

To be improved

The furniture outside the cushions were uncomfortably to sit on… new cushions would make this property amazing
