The hot water lasted only for two minutes. We had to shower in cold water. This was our only problem

Too many unattended faults in four weeks, ranging from broken shower door, broken furniture, features shown (e..g. dishwasher) not available, broken lights, broken front door fitting, ironing board cover torn etc Management ceased communication after a few days.

The best

This was our third holiday at Monte del Moro. The apartment is quiet, spacious & well appointed. Good shower although the door was missing. Nice large bed, but the bedding could be improved. Great pool & gardens with amazing views

After confirming our arrival time twice, we still had to wait 30 minutes (after a phone call) before anyone arrived with an apartment key. We were also sent the wrong access gate code, fortunately a resident opened the gates for us.The gentleman (staff member) who came to show us around, had little English, which hindered communication. Once we were shown into the apartment it was obvious to all that the apartment had not been cleaned. Dirty bathroom/toilet, food in the fridge, unwashed dishes in the sink, bins not emptied. After 2 hours, 3 cleaners arrived.

Really lovely big apartment with spacious terrace and ocean view. Great peaceful location with good restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance. Great pool. Very helpful property management team. Thanks Eduardo and Santigo!

It’s not sound proof so you can hear the people in the room above the bedroom and to the side of the bedroom which disturbed my slept during my stay.
