There were areas of the apartment which just needs a little maintenance or repair and updating which would bring it way up to the best of its potential...which are probably going to be done now the season is drawing to an end... Bathroom:- there is some deterioration around the plug hole and the drain hole ..which gives the impression of not being clean...although the rest of the bathroom looked spotless Kitchen:- inside a wall cupboard is a wire shelf which is very rusted...again giving the wrong impression The kitchen was elsewise spotless. Bedroom:- somebody looks like they have banged on the ceiling with a broom handle leaving about 20 dents in the ceiling Overall could do with a.lick of paint and the relaying of a few tiles which are loose and could crack in the hallway and new skirting where it looks like the has been some water damage and the skirting has blown A bit of brightening up, with pictures of local scenes, eg the Salou sign. the lit up fountains sea and mountain views, palm trees .. all make the guest feel their holiday is all connected .(just personal taste) TV ..could have a Netflix account so guests can watch their favourite shows maybe . All these are the things that just stopped this apartment showing its full potential

No air con in bedroom (far too hot to sleep in), bathroom needs updating, balcony too hot to sit on as air con unit blows hot air across it. Having to walk ten minutes to collect/drop off keys.
