Unfortunately, after each shower, the water leaked outside the shower cabin and accumulated on the bathroom floor. I notified the property owner about the issue before I left, and they said they would call a professional to correct the problem. The water leak was a minor problem for me.

The washing machine and dryer were shared among all guests and also used by the cleaning lady. Many times, she removed my clothes from the washing machine to put in her own laundry (such as towels and bed sheets), sometimes even leaving my clothes on a chair while still wet. This often forced me to wash my clothes again. The laundry facilities were listed as included in the apartment’s amenities, but in reality, it was very difficult to actually use them. The washing machine and dryer were almost always occupied by the cleaning lady’s laundry, or left full for hours. Even after reporting the issue to the owner, nothing changed. For a short stay, this might not be a big problem, but if you plan to stay for a longer period and need to use the laundry facilities regularly, I would not recommend this place, as the service is not really available as expected.
