“A very happy customer”

The best

The apartment is ideal for a couple. Everything we needed was in there. The owner, Riccardo, was very attentive and helpful. We were met at the apartment by the lovely Fabiana - she gave us a quick tour and explained everything (Google Translate did help!) 2 single beds but put together to make a large double - there was also a very comfortable sofa bed to use. It is ideally situated beside the Yumbo Center. A nice-sized balcony to sit out on - doesn't get a lot of direct sun all day but there were plenty of sunbeds & seats at the pool area, which was very quiet most of the time we were there so able to make good use. The apartment is in a block which was immaculately clean and obviously well-looked after. It was extremely good value for money and we will definitely book again for our next holiday in Gran Canaria. I think if anyone finds a major fault with the apartment or doesn't appreciate it then it's not the apartment to blame, it's the person who's complaining!! We have no complaints whatsoever about the apartment or our holiday experience.

“dissapointed”

Our first impression was very positive. The host was friendly, the design of the apartment was pleasant, and free parking was available, which is a big plus in an area where parking is usually difficult.

To be improved

Unfortunately, we felt very uncomfortable with the black sheet on the bed, which had a large dried STAIN and several smaller white spots. There was no proper duvet provided, only a thin and worn-out bed cover that was also stained. The bedroom had no heating, and we were cold at night. Additionally, the apartment was extremely noisy at night. Anyone considering staying here should be aware of its proximity to the Jumbo Center. We stayed 2 nights and it was enough.

Modern inside and well equipped. Fabianna who checked us in was amazing, so friendly and helpful, she gets 10 out of 10.

To be improved

The mattress is well used and dips and sags in places, hard to get comfortable. The sofa (bed) is knackered and needs replacing, it too sags, the cushions are floppy and bits of metal stick in you. The karaoke from the bars opposite goes on well past midnight, it made it hard to get an early ish night aftet a very early flight.

“Beautiful Apartment with a view”

The best

This is my second time at Moon Dunes and it never disappoints. I feel at home every time. It’s really a lovely and well maintained holiday home for me. Fabiana and Riccardo always make sure everything is perfect. On top of that I love coming back from the beach to the apartment every day and enjoying the sunset from the large sunny terrace. It just fits perfectly the style and atmosphere they have created in this place.
