The mountain views — a beautiful bonus from the apartment. Cleanliness issues — hair found in the bed and sofa-bed bedding. Lack of basic supplies — no dishwasher or washing machine pods, no kitchen towels, sponge, trash bags, or coffee. No basic cooking essentials — no salt, pepper, or other simple spices. Stained bed covers — needing a proper wash. Damp sofa-bed covers — likely from a leaking water heater above the storage area. No bath towel holder — inconvenient for longer stays. Lack of small thoughtful touches — the kind of details that improve comfort during a week-long stay.
