Apartment was centrally located but this just meant it was a good 15 min walk to the beach in one direction and in the other to the train station.

To be improved

The Nuki lock system didn't work and I had to call someone to open the apartment remotely. Very scared to be stuck outside after a long walk from the train station with two small children. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable for the boys to share. After the frightening experience of not being able to get in. The children were very scared of the neighbourhood we were in. And didn't like walking around at night and the number of people drinking on the streets.

The inside, the amenities. The staff was really available and helpful. The organization was top (first contact, instructions, virtual keys...). The apartment was also very clean and full of things (in the kitchen and in the bathroom)

To be improved

The surroundings, a bit. Also I think the room would need a softer light for the night. I mean, the lights were too bright and direct in the eyes, or too dark (the little lamps didnt bright much)

The best

Large and spacious apartment, has everything to feel at home. The location is convenient, not far from the local market and a large supermarket. Convenient transport: 10, 6, 2 and C6(airport) buses lines, tram line. We agreed on a early check-in without any problems, thanks a lot for such service. We recommend the apartments to everyone, we will be back again.

To be improved

The water drain in the shower does not pass water well enough., seems there is problem in ground level.
