Location is great and just off Calle Panaderos and close to El Mirador de San Nicolas, Sacramento. Bus stop nearby to take you to the main centre. There are two good air conditioning units, one in a bedroom and the other downstairs. We were allowed an earlier check in which we appreciated.

Make no mistake, this is somebody's home who lets it for money. It is very, very old and dated and in need of a total renovation. Doors not opening and closing properly, TV remote not working, very uncomfortable double bed with very old sheets that need throwing away and replacing. The main bedroom was dark and depressing with old dark furniture. There were broken, loose and dangerous tiles on the roof terrace. No light on the roof terrace which makes going up and down the almost vertical metal staircase very dangerous. The co host/cleaner was miserable. We wouldn't return.

It was very cold in the house (in January), but that is not a fault of this accomodation, they do all they can and proper central heating one cannot expect in Andalusia. We were very thankful for the 3 small heaters, in any case

During my stay at Kazue's place, I felt right at home. The place exudes authenticity and is located in the heart of the Albaicín, a charming and historic neighborhood. The apartment is situated on a cute cobblestone street near a square with restaurants, shops, and more. It’s spacious with a fantastic rooftop terrace that I found amazing and thoroughly enjoyed. The check-in and check-out process was simple and quick. The parking is conveniently close to the apartment, and you won't find a better option in Granada. The prices are very reasonable, especially if you leave your vehicle for 2-3 days as the rates decrease over time. Despite being centrally located, it was incredibly quiet. Nacho welcomes you with a smile and provides great recommendations on restaurants and fun places to visit. For flamenco, don’t hesitate to follow his advice and head to Casa Ana. He also shares his deep cultural knowledge of Granada and notes all the must-see spots. Nacho was very available for any questions during the stay, which made the experience even more comfortable. I loved staying in this apartment, and having someone as knowledgeable and generous as Nacho made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and will gladly return on my next trip to Granada!
