The location is excellent, with convenient access to grocery stores, a pharmacy, restaurants, and a nearby metro station. The Gran Vía shopping district is also just a short distance away.

To be improved

Although the location is central and the neighborhood is lively, the noticeable presence of homeless individuals can give off an eerie or slightly unsafe vibe.

Spacious and great location. We were lucky to be placed on top floor and it was very quiet in a busy neighbourhood.

• The location of the apartment is just perfect. • Even though we were in Malasaña, it was completely quiet. • The person in charge was extremely responsive and replied instantly. (Many thanks to you, by the way.)

To be improved

• Some equipment wasn’t working, which is unacceptable given the standard and price (dishwasher – toilet extractor fan). • The toilet opens directly into the bedroom, so with the extractor fan out of order, all the odors spread into the room. • The bedding was horrible. We woke up every morning with back pain. • The wooden floor is almost coming apart; it creaks with every step and looks very unappealing. • There were disgusting stains on the sofa, making it almost impossible to use.
