“Lovely apartment right in the centre of Ourense - we’d love to come back!”

Beautiful terrace - very spacious - good air conditioning (weather was very hot) helpful host available to answer questions on WhatsApp. Very comfortable beds and good bathrooms.

It’s a modern well equipped apartment in the center of the city. Very close to all attractions and shopping area. Perfect for the family vacation. Both hosts Daniella and Guillermo were very nice, very helpful and very kind. We had a problem with the washing machine in the beginning, but the issue was solved very quickly with making us uncomfortable. Highly recommended!

Location was great. Close to the best locations in Ourense.

To be improved

The airconditioning unit shuts off once in a day for almost an hour with no reason. One time in the evening and one time during the day. The bathrooms exhaust seems like it is not working. It takes time to get rid of the smell.

The flat is new, all inside seems new. All appliences worked.

To be improved

- There is no kettle, but Daniela brought it when we requestred. - There are no sockets in one bedroom. Or more precisely there is single one for TV and it's far from where you normally lie on the bed.
