“Handy stopover, very friendly reception.”

Comfortable bed, decent shower, very friendly reception. Interesting concept - great if you like your privacy and your car secure.

To be improved

Room smelled a bit strange - dogs? - and in a rather remote spot. A bit of a scary drive late at night as a solo female traveller. Nowhere to go for food without a drive.

“Isolation and poor WiFi let it down”

The best

New concept for me. No keys just say your number (10 for us) into intercom to raise the barrier and drive to your garage/room. The garage is closed from the inside and is part of the room IE straight from the garage into your room via a door. Like the fact that your car and luggage are with you all the time. The room is beautiful and the bathroom.large and well appointed. No issues at all with the quality. To leave you drive around the one way system and say your number into the intercom at the exit barrier.

To be improved

Not confident on the security once out of the room. Location is remote from "anything" . Roads are very narrow. WiFi was very weak as Ookla tests showed less than 1 meg download (room 10), no coffee/tea making facilities. I know it's a "motel" but being so isolated some form of catering option would be nice.

“Looks fancy but no airco.”

Parking is not an issue as every room has its own closed garage.

To be improved

Upon arrival you are impressed by the fact that every room has its own closed garage box. But what is the advantage of this? The car could have stayed outside and instead we would have appreciated having airconditioning in the room. Now the room was very warm. Given the rates we feel airco should have been installed. Also all rooms are on the ground-floor so we did not feel confortable leaving the window open during the night to cool off the room somewhat. Concerning the breakfast they create a dangerous precedent: upon reservation on Booking.com it states: breakfast is included. Upon arrival they inform you that the included breakfast is very basic and if you want a somewhat more complete breakfast please pay extra. Only one restaurant in the area between the cabo and the hotel and there service is absolutely not friendly.
