“Unfriendly staff and they spoke no English og German”
The staff could not speak English, and to come to the room, you had to go trough a car-garage basement and you got no key to you room. The staff kept my passport for nearly an hour, and they could not explain why.
“Booked this as it was convenient from the Camino de Santiago Very clean and nice staff”

“Decent Camino stay albeit different”
This place is odd because it is so discreet, there is dumb waiter to the room where breakfast is delivered, talking to staff through metal bars in a garage, no keys for the room but private access through private garage to our room. However, our room was big, clean, comfortable and the shower and bathroom were good. It was exceptionally quiet despite being on a busy road. It was a few hundred meters off the Camino and an easy walk to Santiago the next day. We had a big window so the room was bright. Breakfast was simple, Cola Cao with toast and jam. Staff was efficient.
“Big bathroom. Safe parking. · Cons: There were no proper instructions how to get in to the motel. No-one speaks to you English, you MUST speak Spanish and ONLY Spanish. If you don't speak Spanish you are kinda not welcomed, because you will not be able to ask questions or order a breakfast, because you MUST know Spanish. You can always try to use translator, but.... if you will understand a response to you - thats great. Included breakfast was so little..just toast and coffee.”

“Totally bizarre! This motel was effectively closed.”
Nice bathroom and convenient for the camino. good size room. were able to access our room early due to the bad weather.
when this property was booked we were under the impression it had a cafeteria and bar and room service. (There were menus of a variey of food and drink options in the room). Therefore, the fact it was not close to eateries etc didnt matter, however, this motel was closed and had absolutely no facilities open. it seemed as though we were the only people in the whole motel except for a caretaker lady who would pop through a hatch in our wardrobe and knock on the inside of our wardrobe door. we were unable to lock this hatch or lock our door to our room and we were unable to access the rest of the hotel and had to exit through a garage. we had no access to any food or drink at the motel so needed to walk and attempt to catch a bus in the middle of a hurricane to get food and drink. was a completely bizarre situation and was quite unnerving to be unintentionally stuck miles from anywhere with no access to food and drink. I feel we should have been made aware that this motel was effectively closed. If we had known it was closed we would have ensured we had food and drink with us. There were not even tea or coffee making facilities available.
