quiet area., parking outside cabin.

booked 6 months in advance for twin with sitting area, usual type of room., as a frequent traveller. on arrival the reception decided to bump us to a different cabin. this was so small it was like a large single, one hard chair. one water glass in the shower room, no sitting space, area about 4m x 4.5m, and not the description on the booking form. overnight stay, yes, managed to use the room, but the reputation has suffered due to the actions of the staff which they would not reverse.

Air conditioning didn’t work, we did report this to staff but nothing was done, we had a very hot sleepless night. The room was over run with ants.
