The room and bathroom were spacious and clean

To be improved

The check-in process was terrible. They didn't seem to know about our reservation. It was difficult to find someone, There is no hotel lobby. You have to ring a buzzer outside and they do everything through a small impersonal window.

I didn’t like anything about this property.

To be improved

There was no lobby for checking, it was a drive up window and the person inside couldn’t be seen. After checkin had to push a button to open an automatic garage door and drive through to another garage door to park and go to the room. Garage access was very tight on space making it difficult to enter the 2nd garage. We exited the garage, checked out, and left the property without staying
