The hotel was a brilliant location for our team's Offsite. The staff were very attentive and ensured that not only our stay but our even ran smoothly and was well supported. The quality of food and service was fantastic and I would definitely recommend.

We stayed at the Moxy Hotel as a group of 53 people, and from day one the communication was absolutely clear, seamless, and completely flawless. The team was incredibly pleasant, well-organized, and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern, creating a very comfortable and inspiring environment. The location was excellent, making everything easily accessible. The meeting rooms suited us perfectly and supported all our requirements without any issues. What truly stood out was the professionalism of the staff combined with a friendly and approachable attitude — a perfect balance of being highly professional yet genuinely welcoming. We are not sure if we will return to Barcelona for work in the future, but we will definitely consider Moxy hotels across other European destinations for both business and personal stays. Thank you very much for such a great experience!

Just ok and it’s disappointing. The pictures of the hotel are way better than the real thing aside from the 3rd floor. Vanessa was an amazing bartender and so kind. Jennifer at reception was very helpful. We stayed for 5 nights and our room was cleaned only once. We left by 10a everyday and didn’t get back until after 9p. We booked dinner at the rooftop 3/15 and were so excited. The visual set up was lovely and the views were amazing. We ordered 5 apps and they were all below average. Our waitress either didn’t notice or didn’t care that we hardly touched any of the food. Croquettes, shrimp cocktail (only 1 shrimp covered in Tajín sitting in a glass full of mayo type sauce), french fries, calamari, fried shrimp. It took us a second to figure out what the fried shrimp were. They were so tiny and sickly looking. The french fries were cold when we got them and we put them on top of the heater that was right by our table. That was the only thing that our waitress noticed with the food is that we put the french fries on top of the heater and she asked if we wanted another batch. It was just such a bummer because the seating was beautiful and the view was beautiful, but the food was horrible. The third floor has an amazing vibe.

It was my first time at a Moxy Hotel and the experience was highy satisifying. The concept of the 3rd floor was quite unique: it had the lobby, restaurant, living and working areas all in one cool and relaxing setting. The restaurant had a wide choice for a Spanish breakfast. It was also a nice place for tapas and drinks from happy hour until late at night. The room was big and had a unique layout with the 2 single beds arranged toe-toe. It had good lighting and all the outlets at the right places. The bathroom was a good size based on European standards. The room had a tiny work table and just a stool. But I preferred working in the 3rd Floor area anytime. The location is right next to a major train and metro station. To top this review, I have to give credit to the entire team at Moxy Barcelona: they were very friendly, eager to please, answered all your questions and efficient.
