The best

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Host was helpful, allowing us to leave our bags ahead of checkin time. Despite comments below, I would still recommend.

To be improved

Would have appreciated a welcome pack as provided in similar accommodation. Very modern apartment with a high specification, but let down a bit by the showers which could flood the bathrooms without care. Towels for 5th member of party not provided

The flat is superb, really cool in cool district, it is very tastefully arranged, interior and all the lightning tech give you an impression of a Bruce Wayne apartment, lol.

To be improved

The check-in process could be easier, but given the kindness and friendly approach of people in Spain, it was not a disaster.

“The stay in Bilbao was good and close to all main attractions.”
The best

The location was good. Easy to walk to all the main attractions. We found the lounge/dining-room area spacious and comfortable. Good restaurants close by.

To be improved

The bedding was of poor quality.Pillows were uncomfortable. No bins in the bathrooms. No ventilation in one of the bathrooms which left a bad odour. No washing rack. The towels were of poor quality.

good location, spacious and clean apartment

no a/c, bedrooms have literally no daylight, it can be 2pm afternoon and the bedrooms have no light. in one of the bedrooms you can hear literally everything that happens in the building
