The location is excellent. Furniture: everything new or renewed. Just beside shopping Yumbo, bars, restaurants, bus stop, and beach (600m). Apartment very confortable and clean, located in the 2nd floor, with 2 lifts in the building.

To be improved

Soap in the bathroom was not good quality. Also, there was a lot of noise in the building (construction work) starting at 8:00am in other apartments/in public areas of the building... simply impossible to continue sleeping after that time ...
