“Ok stay”

Location is great, walking distance to the city center. Overall it was ok for a few days stay, functional, clean and comfortable beds.

To be improved

Facilities are OK except for cleanliness of the kitchen utensils (moulds in dishwasher and water boiler), kitchen smells a bit, bedsheets are not provided for the sofa bed and central air conditioning for the rooms did not work. As the weather is quite hot it was not comfortable to sleep in the rooms so we had to leave the windows open or sleep in the living room where the air conditioning is working fine but with a 4 hour limit to be renewed everytime. we tried asking for help to resolve the air conditioning issues but we did not get the help needed. Time was wasted on telling them the problem, that we needed someone to come over, switching on and off again of the controller. Just as a note, there are multiple poster in the house to keep quiet at certain times as the place is in a housing building

The best

The place was ok for the money. Having three toilets was a bonus. The person checking us in was good. For the money we paid it was ok .

To be improved

Too much quiet required, we were a group of friends in our fifties and found ourselves having to whisper. I would never have booked if I'd known it was so residential. The couch bed is not ideal as it wasn't too comfortable and full of stains .
