Everything was good. A special thanks to the man from Reception who take care of me. I have problem with my foot so he check on me to see if iam OK. He help me with the wifi password..i don't know his name but he's from the beautiful country of Bangladesh. Thank you brother for take care of me.You are the best.the hostel is a great place to stay closed to everything.

Good location, close to Atocha station.

To be improved

Unpleasant staff, constant phone calls, strange smell throughout the hostel, uncomfortable beds. Electrical outlets by the bed - nothing you can believe. Bathroom cleanliness very questionable. Online check-in useless. I would not stay here again.
