Large terrace and big laundry room.

To be improved

The apartment had an unpleasant smell, looked outdated, and needed a complete renovation. The sofa was ripped, the bedside table rusty, and the furniture chipped. The walls were thin, so we could hear everything, and the wind kept us up all night. The bathroom was very basic. Dogs in the area sometimes barked and howled throughout the night. We had to clean the terrace ourselves every day, as it was constantly covered in dog hair.

The best

Rene was an excellent host and any problems were sorted straight away. The place was very well stocked with cooking ingredients, kitchen appliances and there was a great shower. The balcony was huge and gave wonderful views.

To be improved

A bit too windy for us here and it did keep us up at night on a few occasions. The patio blind was broken and needed replacing to give privacy. We had ants in the kitchen for the first day but Rene sorted this as he had never had them before.

“Excellent studio apartment in Aguimes”
The best

Host Rene met us there, was very kind and helpful and left a nice bottle of wine, water and croissants. The studio apartment was on 2nd floor, wonderful covered terrace with lovely mountain view. Apartment was well equipped, very clean, a little rustic. The high-tech shower worked well. Great wifi. Parking very easy. Excellent value.

Very handy for Agüimes centre, huge terrace. The place is a little basic but very good value. Parking opposite no problem.
