“Great service & location”
Service is outstanding; the room was clean, and I did not have any problems with street noise. The hotel is about 6 blocks from La Gran Vía - near Plaza España - in a quiet neighborhood.
“Highly recommend for quiet nights sleep and yummy breakfast”
Really enjoyed my stay here. Staff was so friendly and efficient at check in. Let me drop my bags early. I couldn’t find my passport at one point and they were super helpful responding via WhatsApp and later checking if I found it. The room had everything I needed but was nothing special. Most importantly it was generally quiet area- my room faced an interior courtyard so I only got occasional door closing noise and some chatter after 630am when they were setting up for breakfast, but very manageable, especially because most places I looked at in Madrid had reviews about loud noise. If you book on the hotels website, it’s same price as hotels.com but you get free breakfast included. As a healthy eater, I loved breakfast. Tons of fresh fruit, healthy cereal, and 3 different coffee machines. Best included breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. Location is good. Right off a train line and 15-20 walking to heart of downtown, but super quiet neighborhood itself. Would stay again and recommend to others.
“Great value”
For a hotel at this price in a capital city you can't go wrong with this one. Good location just round the corner from Metro & Bus stops and just a short walk for some major attractions. Decent size room with small kitchenette and separate sitting room. Basic breakfast but ample for us. Lovely staff throughout. Would certainly stay here again.
“Stay at Muralto Madrid Princesa”
Nice clean apartment hotel with friendly staff. Close to Metro and busses. El Corte Ingles close by as well as other shops and grocery stors.
“Great hotel and location”
Really friendly, helpful staff, with a lot of knowledge and advice they are happy to share. Modern clean hotel with large rooms, a comfy bed and good soundproofing. Easy access to the city centre and good transport links for independent travellers.
“Can’t wait to come back❤️”
we loved so much this hotel we stayed 5 nights in apartment number 103. It's almost like a deluxe sweet of 40mq. The staff are very gentle and professional, special thanks to Roberto the receptionist .The hotel located in a private street in the princess area that's why the name come from So when you leave the hotel and you go right side walk for 100 metres you find the main big street of Calle de La Princesa. The hotel is surrounded by a lot of supermarkets shops, restaurants, fast food (kabab house🎉), and more and more. metro lines like 4 and 6. very good connected to the airport you have to change one time only. Please ask The reception staff about the free bus # 001 it passed from calle De la Princesa and take you to all the main attractive sitesin Madrid pass each 4 minutes trust me you don’t need to take the Metro when you are in the street of the princesa All the way 1 km you arrive to Plazza España:Spanish square At the right 10 minutes walking to the Royal Palace you continue straight you find your self in GRAN VIA One of the most famous in Madrid for shopping and everything and also at the left side you find Malasana Neighbourhood a lot of bars launches and theatres cool pubs , Restaurantsa lot of that Asiaian Restaurants Ramen… I definitely will come back it’s ❤️🇪🇸🇮🇹
