“Pleasant property , very noisy location”

Spacious, light, clean, comfortable bed, good shower, close to public transport .

To be improved

Property was very close to a number of busy and noisy bars , 6 nights out of our 7 night stay it was difficult to relax and sleep because of the disturbance.

“Pleasant”

The best

The position is good, 20-25 minutes walking from the Guggenheim and the old city. If you have a rented car you can easily leave it in one of the many parking lots dislocated downtown at 16€ per day, there are a couple 10 minutes walking from the flat. The flat is modern, clean and well equipped even if the bathroom is a bit small while the kithen is pretty big.

To be improved

I don't like automatic check-in without the possibility to talk to anyone even to ask simple questions about the city and suggestions for particular spots. We've found the beds not so comfortable, but is of course a personal observation The sofa bed for the boys was not prepared and we had to search for sheets and pillows and set up the bed by ourselves.

The location was excellent. The apartment was equipped with everything you could possibly need.

To be improved

Given the large size of the apartment, the bathroom could have been a little bigger, but it did have a lovely rainfall shower.

“Perfect apartment, great host communication, top location, hard to beat for the price!”

The best

Outstanding full apartment, everything you could possibly need. Lovely bright and airy space, quality fittings, decent furniture, big TV. The location could not be better, very central but on a quiet street(unless the football is on). Loads of bars, restaurants just below and in the close area. The owner was very helpful in getting us in quick too. Heavy secure front door the area felt safe generally. Great fully specified kitchen and two nice balconies with different aspects and superb views from bay window towards the park, town and streets below.
