The apartment matches the description on the website. Very cozy. clean. kitchen is well equipped. highly recommended for living

To be improved

I wasn't ready to go to the store up the mountain. So I advise using taxis for shopping trips.

“Clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment”
The best

The apartment was super clean and very well equipped. The garden area was pleasant and the beds were comfy. A lovely welcome too. Would recommend.

To be improved

The location was pleasant enough but a bit tricky to walk to and from El Puerto with a pram. Mainly because of poor pavements in the area and steep hills. Unfortunately we didn't have a car, which would have made the location just fine.

“Puerto de la Cruz Stay”
The best

Comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped. Welcome wine and drinks. Pool with sun area (shared).

To be improved

Directions to apartment (it was very difficult to find). Allocated parking space not available. Shower sprayed water everywhere. Poor quality towels. Balcony did not get sun (Winter). Steep climb up hill from town, 1 mile away (but inevitable in Tenerife?!).

“Lovely apartment in Puerto de La cruz”
The best

The property was very clean and all the furniture was of very good quality . There was everything you need and the terrace was large with nice furniture. A lovely quiet area and only a short walk to the centre of Puerto de La Cruz Would recommend and we will certainly return.
