The property was a nice, cosy apartment with all the facilities we needed, although it didn’t exactly match the description in the listing. The owner was really kind and helpful, always ready to answer any questions we had. The apartment was clean, but our arrival could have been handled better — the cleaners weren’t finished at 16:00 as expected, so we had to wait until 17:00 to get in. One great bonus was that we were provided with plenty of pool and beach equipment, as well as towels, which was really convenient since we hadn’t brought any with us.

To be improved

If the property had fully matched the description on the listing, I would have rated it 10/10. However, there were a few disappointing issues: the sofa was broken and felt like it was about to fall apart, and the toilet seat was also broken. We also had to travel about 10 minutes away from the property to pick up the keys at a separate location with no real assistance, which was inconvenient. We were given several keys without any clear instructions on which key was for what, which was confusing. The pool itself was fine, but it should have been clearly stated in the listing that it’s only open during certain hours rather than normal full-day access.
