-Location : Rough -No reception. -Very poor customer service on the phone, poor English . -Very noisy at nights, not possible to sleep.

To be improved

- I was supposed to stay for 7 nights but only stayed 1 night and left for another hotel as I was fearing for my safety because of the rough location and people shouting and arguing after midnight probably influenced by drugs or Alcohol and I could not sleep all night at all. - I have been asking for refund for 6 nights but the property is refusing to pay. - Very disappointed with Booking.com to even list such a property on their list.
