it was very bad, the staff had bad behavior, there was no ventilation, we felt suffocated, and they returned our deposit very late.

It’s basically basement with bad smell … because mold everywhere. Proper shower not exist.

- Have to go first to an office to pick up keys, wich is a bit far from location. - The shower is a nightmare, don't even have words to explain the system they invented and call that a washroom/wc. - The staircase to the second floor is way to small and if you're a big person you will not fit. - Appartment was not well cleaned and smelled like moisture. - The kitchen was not equipped for cooking or even eating inside the appartment. - I told the managers that the apartment was not clean and lots of stuff were missing or broken, didn't event received a sorry note. - I've been asking for an invoice for 2 months now, haven't received it yet.

The apartment is located in a great neighbourhood! Everything was near, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and the train/metro station (5min walking). It was sufficiently clean but with some issues. The communication with the reception and service team was good enough. The place was really comfort and quiet!
A window key locker that it didn’t work, the ice in the refrigerator and the water coming out from the shower( every time we had a bath we were using a mop, that was ok for us). The service team although did everything to fix this problems but without any result. I hope that all of these problems will be solved for the next guests.

It was affordable and larger than I had initially expected.
I didn’t realize the patio was shared with the downstairs apartment & the remote was either broken or out of battery and we could not close the shade for privacy when sleeping. When I tried to use my blow dryer it popped and started smoking & the light & AC went out. This also happened to our steamer prior but we didn’t realize it was the apartment because the lights didn’t go out. We called and they told us which switch to flip & said to not use our hair products while running the AC. That’s fine but my $200 blow dryer is broken & my steamer. It also smelled like urine next to the window when we got there so we sprayed our perfumes.
